CNSNews.com) – Although whites outnumber blacks in Mississippi by nearly 2-to-1, 71.67% of the babies aborted in Mississippi are black, while 26.6% are white.

Based on data published by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), 39,052 black babies were killed by abortions in Mississippi between 1995 and 2010.  During that same time period, 14,529 white babies were aborted in the Magnolia State.

The total number of abortions between 1995 and 2010 in Mississippi was 54,484. In addition to blacks and whites, that number also includes abortions among Hispanics, "Other" (meaning Asian and Native American), and "Unknown," as published by the CDC.

The data for 2010 is the latest information from the CDC on reported abortions, as published in their annual Abortion Surveillance reports. The next report, which will cover 2011, is projected to be published in November of this year.

We are one, but we want every one to be under the authority and teachings of the only true church ; the roman catholic church : Pope Declares in Heartfelt Message to Pentecostals

Pope Francis sent a video message to a gathering of U.S. Pentecostal leaders, voicing his “yearning” that separation between Catholics and other Christians may end.

“We have a lot of cultural riches and religious riches. And we have diverse traditions,” he said. “But we have to encounter one another as brothers. Let’s give each other a spiritual embrace and let God complete the work that he has begun,” he said, adding that “the miracle of unity has begun. “He will complete this miracle of unity,” the Holy Father said.

Pope Francis’ message was delivered to a meeting of the Fort Worth, Texas-based Kenneth Copeland Ministries by Pentecostal Bishop Tony Palmer, who had recorded it on an iPhone in a Jan. 14 meeting with the Holy Father. Palmer knew Pope Francis from his time in Argentina, when he was archbishop of Buenos Aires. The video was later uploaded to YouTube. The Pope described Palmer as “my brother,” saying the two have been “friends for years.”

“I am speaking to you as a brother ... with joy and yearning,” the Pope continued. “It gives me joy that you have come together to worship Jesus Christ the only Lord and to pray to the Father and to receive the Spirit,” he said. “This brings me joy because we can see that God is working all over the world.”

“We are kind of … permit me to say, separated,” the Pope said. “It’s sin that has separated us, all our sins, the misunderstandings throughout history. It has been a long road of sins that we all shared in. Who is to blame?”

February 21 - Pope Francis and the Future of Charismatic Christianity
Article: One World Religion

A recent meeting of ministers associated with the prosperity-preaching Word of Faith branch of charismatic Christianity received a surprise announcement: Pope Francis had sent a message to the conference. It was something of a historic moment.

Beginning around the thirty-minute mark of the above video, Francis speaks in Italian and English subtitles are provided at the bottom. As part of his greeting, the pope chose to highlight two themes, his joy at their desire to worship together in prayer to the Father for the Spirit to come and his yearning for Christians to become one again.

Francis described the current state of Christianity as one of separated families, by which he meant both biological families and the family of God. It was not lost on the Holy Father that the fractures in Christianity are also fractures between individuals. He asks, “Who is to blame for this separation?” and answers, “We all share the blame. We have all sinned.” Such a statement expresses the fraternity Francis wishes to restore, nothing more, nothing less. He went on to say that his desire is for this separation to end and a communion to begin again.

Francis referenced the reunion between Joseph and his brothers in Egypt. While the brothers journeyed to Egypt to buy food, they in fact discovered a long lost family member. Such a serendipitous union is what Francis desires. He then said that both groups have great cultural riches, religious riches, and diverse traditions, “but we have to encounter one another as brothers. We must cry together like Joseph did. These tears will unite us. The tears of love.”

He concluded his greeting by saying that he was speaking to the group of ministers as a brother and in a simple manner. His desire was that through the joy of proclaiming Jesus Christ as the Lord of history, a desire to embrace one another as family might grow. He then told the audience to pray for him as a way of giving one another a spiritual embrace. When the greeting concluded charismatic minister Kenneth Copeland, who was hosting the conference, took the stage and led the conference in a prayer for Pope Francis.

That the pope would say this to a group of charismatic ministers in the United States is significant, all the more so since a pope who identifies so much with Il Poverello, Francis of Assisi, was speaking to a branch of the charismatic movement that emphasizes prosperity.

It seems to me that Francis models for us how dialogue can move forward. It must begin with a mutual embrace that refuses to give in to stereotypes about the other. Yes, there are clear doctrinal differences, which Francis does not deny. His greeting, however, suggests that the hard task of finding common ground begins with calling one another brother and sister. Francis did not rush to offer a theological critique of the prosperity gospel although he certainly could have. Instead, he presented the option of moving closer theologically by mutual recognition and embrace. I have been privileged to do just that through Evangelicals and Catholics Together and Francis has invited all of us to do the same.

When people wonder why Evangelicals embrace Francis, they fail to see that Jorge Bergoglio had been connecting with evangelicals through the charismatic movement for quite some time. This greeting resulted from a relationship that Pope Francis has had with the broader charismatic movement in general and Tony Palmer in particular, who facilitated the connection. Tony Palmer’s vision to bring Christians together merged with Pope Francis’ vision to make this greeting possible. My own colleague at Regent, Vinson Synan has had more than one audience with Archbishop Bergoglio.

There is a way forward together. It’s not easy. But it may just be that we need a man who embodies the spirit of Francis of Assisi. Who will make the surprising moves of crossing lines to speak just as Francis of Assisi did when he broke through the crusader soldiers to speak to the caliph, Malik-al-Kamil. Once again Pope Francis has pointed us toward a future bright with possibility.

February 24 - Pope: "An absurdity to love Christ without the Church, to feel Christ but not the Church"

Article: Roman Catholic Church And The Last Days

It is "absurdity to love Christ without the Church, to feel Christ but not the Church", Pope Francis reiterated during the mass celebrated at Casa Santa Marta, pointing out that following Jesus is not an "idea " but a "constant abiding at home", the Church , where Christ always welcomes everyone, even if they are distant.

"Because Jesus did not only come from Heaven. He is the Son of a People. Jesus is the promise made to that People, which, beginning with Abraham, made its way toward the promise. These gestures of Jesus teach us that every healing, every [act of] pardon, always helps us return to our People, which is the Church".

Jesus always forgives, and his acts [of forgiveness] become "revolutionary" or "inexplicable" when they reach those who [seem to us to be too far gone], like Matthew the tax collector or his colleague, Zacchaeus. Christ's healing acts always lead people "home" - and thus it is impossible to understand Jesus without the People of God. "It is," he said, "an absurdity to love Christ without the Church, to feel Christ but not the Church, to follow Christ from the outskirts of the Church." "Christ and the Church are united," he said. "Whenever Christ calls a person, He brings that person to the Church." For this, said Pope Francis, "it is good [that a child] "come to be baptized in Church - Mother Church".

"And these, Jesus' gestures of so much tenderness make us realize this: that our doctrine, let us say, or our following Christ, is not an idea. It is a constant abiding at home - and though each of us has the opportunity and the real experience of leaving home for a sin, a mistake - God knows - salvation [means] going home with Jesus in the Church. These are gestures of tenderness. One by one, the Lord is calling us as well, to His people, into His family, our mother, the Holy Church. Let us think on these acts of Jesus".

Roman Catholics parade a boneless skull in France

Saint Ivo of Kermartin was canonized in June 1347 A.D. The Roman Catholic faithful parades his skull. The bones of the saint have gone missing.

Walking around in female dresses, Roman Catholic priests parade a skull through a street in France.
Saint Ivo of Kermartin (17 October 1253 Р19 May 1303), also known Yvo or Ives, as Erwann (in Breton) and as Yves H̩lory (also Helori or Heloury in French), was a parish priest among the poor of Louannec, the only one of his station to be canonized in the Middle Ages.
He is the patron of Brittany, lawyers, and abandoned children. His feast day is May 19. Poetically, he is referred to as “Advocate of the Poor.”
Ivo was canonized in June 1347 by Clement VI at the urging of Philip I, Duke of Burgundy.

My comment:
Christians who have been persecuted by Rome, have possibly been puzzled by where the root of evil is to be found in this religious movement.
The theology of the Roman Catholic Religion is so not biblical, that the absence of the Holy Spirit will be total.
When the Holy Spirit rejects this Church, religious spirits will take over. Now the most insane and perverse manifestation can take place.
When you look at educated man parading a skull on their shoulders, religious perversion has reached the nadir. The lowest thinkable level. Take a look at these pictures:

There is no explanation why the skull is kept in a golden box. May be the priests are scared of theft?

Not only priest, but also laymen parades the skull through the streets.

The Roman Catholic priests are not alone. Faithful followers of the Pope turn up in their hundreds.

The skull is kept safely inside the Church in France.

Catholics light candle’s and worship in front of the skull. Do they really think the skull can see them?
We have earlier published on this blog, that the bones of this “saint” have gone missing, and were most likely taken to Rome as a part a beautification process. Based on this disconnection of the skull from its bones, we can easily be lead to ask the following question:

Educated Catholic “nobel men” mocking God, and make Him their very enemy.
Are these Roman Catholic priest taking the skull for a stroll, in a bid to find the lost bones?
What else can be a valid motive, for this kind of public parade of rather insane religious people?
Psalm 1:1
Blessed is the one
who does not walk in step with the wicked
or stand in the way that sinners take
or sit in the company of mockers.
May every Christian be given the power of the Holy Spirit, to stay away from such assemblies of the wicked.

Suspended Sentence, Probation and Fines for Convicted South Korean Pastor, David Yonggi Cho

Suspended Sentence, Probation and Fines for Convicted South Korean Pastor, David Yonggi Cho

Aimee Herd : Feb 26, 2014 : Dr. Bob Rodgers, Sr. – Charisma News

"The court considered that even though Pastor Cho had the final say in the church, he never took the lead in any of the crimes, including tax evasion, committed on the suggestion of the accounting firm." -Presiding judge

BNPS photo (South Korea)—News reports, this week, have been swirling around the indictment of South Korean Pastor David Yonggi Cho—Founder of the world's largest church; Yoido Full Gospel Church in Seoul—on fraud and embezzlement of $12 million in church funds. (Photo via Crossmap)
Cho (78) was sentenced to three years in prison-suspended, and five years probation, along with a fine of $5 million. He was also found guilty of tax evasion.

Cho's oldest son, Cho Hee-Jun (49), was found guilty of the same charges, and according to the Charisma News report, because he was considered a flight risk, he was taken into custody immediately after his sentencing to serve a 3-year sentence.

The Charisma report noted that the court had "considered Cho's life journey as a religious leader and his long-term contribution to social welfare as mitigating circumstances on his behalf. The court ruled that his son, Cho Hee-Jun, was the instigator of the crime related to the purchase of the shares of 1-Service stock."
BNPS photo The presiding judge had reportedly stated, "The court considered that even though Pastor Cho had the final say in the church, he never took the lead in any of the crimes, including tax evasion, committed on the suggestion of the accounting firm." (Photo via Charisma News)

Which is probably why his prison term was suspended for probation.
In the Charisma report, Louisville, Kentucky pastor, Dr. Bob Rodgers also noted that in spite of his convictions, Cho didn't live an elaborate lifestyle. According to Rodgers, he didn't own a car, he lived in a 1,000-square-foot church apartment, and he had "raised and given personally to the church more than $170 million."

David Yonggi Cho told his congregation on February 23rd, "Through this suffering, I've learned a homework. An individual shouldn't possess anything."

Pastor Perry Noble of NewSpring Church Causes Stir With Revelation He Is Taking Anti-Depressants for Mental Anxiety

Pastor Perry Noble of NewSpring Church Causes Stir With Revelation He Is Taking Anti-Depressants for Mental Anxiety

By Leonardo Blair , CP Reporter

Perry Noble (Photo: Facebook/Perry Noble)
Perry Noble, senior and founding pastor of NewSpring Church in South Carolina, recently admitted he is taking anti-depressants for mental anxiety and has written a new book about it titled, "Overwhelmed."

Perry Noble, senior and founding pastor of NewSpring Church in South Carolina, revealed Monday that he has been taking anti-depressants since 2012 after years of struggling with anxiety and suicidal thoughts.
Noble, who speaks to an average of 26,000 people at his multi-campus megachurch weekly, made the revelation in a post on his blog he titled, "Should Christians Take Medication for Mental Illness?"

He explained that his answer to that question used to be a very emphatic "NO!!!" and that he would advise Christian disciples under his care against medication.

"In a completely illiterate and uneducated manner I told them that people with 'weak faith' are the ones who needed such meds, that godly people did not struggle with feelings of anxiety and depression, and that taking such medication would essentially be screaming to God, 'I don't trust you,'" wrote Noble.

"I honestly felt that way then…I don't feel that way anymore!" he added.
The NewSpring leader then goes on to explain his mental struggles beginning with a mental episode that began in 2008 and lasted for three years. He said he was fortunate to overcome that bout without medication.

"It was brutal. I even gave suicide serious consideration. However, through a series of situations in my life that needed to be changed, along with some intense and excellent biblical counseling, I was able to come through the storm that had dominated me for so long," wrote Noble.

"My doctor and I considered medication during this process, and while it was strongly considered, we both decided that, though it was not wrong to take it, it was not the right thing for me at the time," he said.
Perry explained that, after getting the victory over that episode without the use of medication, he decided to do a series about stress, anxiety and depression at his church in the spring of 2012. He eventually decided to write a book about it called "Overwhelmed" that will be released on April 1.

It was during the book writing process, he explained, that he began slipping away again.
"As I began the writing process the feelings of anxiety and worry began to slowly slither back into my life like a snake sneaking up on its prey. I remember writing a chapter in the book, driving home and having a panic attack in my living room," he wrote.

When the situation got too much for him, he said he reached out to his doctor and reluctantly gave in to treat his condition with anti-depressants.

Pills, Perry Noble (Photo:Facebook/Perry Noble)
Pastor Perry Noble posted this photo of pills to his Facebook page on Tuesday.
"I can honestly say that making the decision to take an anti-depressant during this time period in my life has been one of THE BEST decisions I have ever made. It really has clarified my thinking, made me way less of an emotional basket case and allowed me to make better decisions," said Noble.

"I'm not ashamed of the fact I am taking an anti-depressant and have done a complete 180 in regards to how I used to feel about them," he added.

He shared the post with his Facebook followers on Tuesday night and sparked a raging debate on the issue with many people praising him for his honesty and supporting his decision.

"I have needed them [anti-depressants] on and off for several years and have always felt a little guilty about taking them! Thank you for your honesty and sharing this! You have helped put my doubts to rest! Thank you so much! I needed this! God Bless You!" wrote Tina Henderson Campen.
A few commenters, however, did not support Noble's decision to use and promote the use of anti-depressants.

"Please hear me out. I struggled with depression and self-injury for years. Medication was not the answer. It is 100 percent a spiritual issue," wrote Mark Samuel Melton.

"You claim it is a chemical imbalance. How can they measure that chemical to know it's imbalanced? The pharmaceutical company is lying to you! Please don't be deceived and settle in the easy way out of claiming it as an illness. God has so much in store for you without taking these life changing drugs!" he urged.
Another commenter, Shawn Francis, agreed that depression is a spiritual issue.
"You take medication to treat biological issues. You treat spiritual issues spiritually," began Francis in his comments.

"This topic is coming back strong on the backs of the 'who are you to judge' or 'where does it say in the Bible it can't be true' crowds who prefer to get their Bible knowledge from best-selling authors and mega-church inspirational speakers rather than reading the Bible for themselves," he continued.
Overwhelmedbook.com

"There are several good books on the topic we can brush the dust off of to fight this movement back just as we did back in the '90s when it was all the rage. Satan always has some new burden of proof to throw on the church," he ended.

Noble's response to his critics was: "If your liver was shutting down and you were going to die as a result, and you went to the doctor and he said, 'Here is a pill you can take to fix the problem,' you would be considered negligent and insane for not taking the medicine."
